Which questionnaire applies to my workplace?
It depends on the number of workers: up to 15, only Guide I (severe traumatic events); 16 to 50, Guides I and II; more than 50, Guides I and III. The platform determines this when you register the workplace and calculates the minimum sample.
Do workers need to create an account or install anything?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link and answer from their phone or computer. Their answers are saved as they go and submitted at the end.
Which documents do I get?
The results report (7.7) with an executive summary, the intervention program, the results sheet for staff (7.8), the prevention policy (5.1), the dissemination record with signatures, the complaints mailbox with its poster, the individual reports, the QR poster, the printable questionnaires and the answers file in Excel.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Plans range from $1,990 to $12,900 pesos plus VAT per year for self-service, and from $3,500 to $19,000 with SICSSOM's assistance. You pay online by card, OXXO or SPEI, or by bank transfer: with a card the account is activated instantly, and with the other methods as soon as the payment is confirmed. We issue invoices.
Does the workplace climate survey cost extra?
No. The workplace climate survey is included in every plan, does not count toward the questionnaire limit, and its report cross-references each dimension with the NOM-035 risk domains.
