Construction site safety and hygiene supervision
We assign a full-time safety and hygiene coordinator or supervisor to your construction site or plant, employed by SICSSOM. They control contractor documentation, review high-risk work permits and deliver a weekly findings and compliance report.
What is included?
- Full-time safety coordinator or supervisor, employed by SICSSOM and assigned to your site
- Contractor document control: IMSS registrations, DC-3 certificates, PPE and permits
- Daily walkthroughs, high-risk work permits and safety inductions
- Weekly findings report and monthly summary with indicators
- Incident investigation and emergency response coordination
- Liaison with the authority during inspections and visits
- Supply of personal protective equipment at preferential prices with delivery control
- Random drug and alcohol testing, health campaigns and fairs
Where does it apply?
Construction sites with simultaneous work fronts and several contractors, industry in general with high-risk processes, and sites that require emergency response. It is the option when you need to comply with NOM-031-STPS-2011 and the rest of the regulations without hiring and managing your own staff.
What the developer or plant gains
An on-site owner who reduces the risk of stoppages due to accidents, penalties for undocumented contractors and inspection findings. Weekly reports give you visibility of compliance without having to be on site.
How many supervisors does your site need?
As a reference we use one supervisor for every 3 contractors or every 25 workers, whichever is greater.
- 6months minimum contract; it starts with one month of deposit plus the current month.
- ✓Includes legal liability, IMSS, uniforms, computer equipment and phones for the staff.

Frequently asked questions
A specialist answers in the chat or by phone, with no commitment.
What does the fee not include?
The fee covers the supervisor or coordinator with salary and benefits, uniform, personal protective equipment, computer equipment and phone, and the reports. It does not include the office, restroom or stationery for on-site staff, which the client provides, nor the contractors' personal protective equipment, which is each contractor's responsibility.
Can I change the supervisor?
Yes. If the profile does not fit the site or the team, we replace them at no additional cost and with an overlap so that documentation and walkthroughs keep their continuity. We also adjust the profile if the project changes phase: foundations are not the same as finishes.
What happens when the contract ends?
The deposit is refunded or applied to the last month, at the client's choice. We hand over the complete project file: weekly and monthly reports, induction records, work permits, findings with their closure and contractor document control, organized for any later review by the authority or the developer.
How is billing handled when there are several contractors?
We invoice only the construction company or developer. If the supervisor is shared among contractors, the cost is prorated according to each one’s monthly headcount, and you deduct it from their progress payments.
