Environmental compliance and hazardous materials
Environmental compliance for your operation: permits with SEMARNAT and the state authority, waste management plans, environmental risk studies and PROFEPA inspection support, plus training for those who handle hazardous substances and waste.
What is included?
- Annual Operating Report (COA) and registration as a waste generator
- Environmental Impact Statement (MIA) and impact studies
- Environmental risk study and accident prevention programs
- Hazardous and special-handling waste management plans
- Environmental licenses and permits with SEMARNAT and SEMADET (Jalisco)
- Handling PROFEPA inspections and responding to requirements
- Training: environmental legislation, GHS, hazardous materials and environmental supervisor
Who needs it?
Any company that generates hazardous waste, handles chemicals, emits to the atmosphere or discharges water, as well as developments that require an environmental impact statement to build. The obligation is federal and state, and PROFEPA fines add to those of the STPS.
Approach
We integrate environmental compliance with safety and hygiene: the same assessment feeds the STPS program, the PIPC and the environmental permits, so the company does not pay three times for the same survey.
Which environmental permits apply to you?

A specialist answers in the chat or by phone, with no commitment.
Do you file the COA every year?
Yes. We compile the information of the previous year's operation (water and energy consumption, emissions, waste generated and its handling) and file the Annual Operating Report (COA) within the authority's deadline. If your company has never filed it, we first verify whether it is required and before which authority, federal or state, to avoid duplicate filings.
Do you work with laboratories for sampling?
We coordinate sampling and studies with accredited laboratories when the permit requires it: air emissions, water discharges, perimeter noise or waste characterization. We define what to measure, manage the sampling and turn the results into the filing or the corrective measures; the laboratory issues the officially valid report.
Is my filing with SEMARNAT or SEMADET?
It depends on the activity: some industries and wastes fall under federal jurisdiction (SEMARNAT) and others under state jurisdiction (SEMADET in Jalisco). In the environmental assessment we define where each filing goes so it is not duplicated.
