External Training Agent (Agente Capacitador Externo)
Granted by the Federal Labor Office in Jalisco since May 21, 2019. It allows SICSSOM to issue the DC-3 certificate to those who pass the courses listed in the Directory of External Training Agents.
Consultant for Civil Protection Programs
Authorizes the preparation of Internal Civil Protection Programs. Valid through February 16, 2027.
Emergency brigade trainer
Official letter UEPCB/DG-2201/CSVA-1821/2026, valid through June 10, 2027. Authorized brigade types:
- Fire prevention and firefighting
- Search and rescue
- First aid
- Building evacuation
- Hazardous materials
