Emergency brigade training
We form and train your fire prevention and firefighting, evacuation, first aid, search and rescue and hazardous materials brigades. Live-fire practice at our training field or at your facility, brigade trainer registration with Jalisco Civil Protection (IEPC-093-06/2026) and a DC-3 certificate for every participant.
What is included?
- Brigade types: fire prevention and firefighting, evacuation, first aid, search and rescue, and hazardous materials
- Live-fire practice at a training ground or at your facility
- Groups of up to 12 brigade members per instructor so everyone practices
- DC-3 certificate per participant and course registration with Jalisco Civil Protection
- Drill design, evaluation and improvement recommendations
- Review of the building's equipment, signage and assembly points
How many brigade members do you need?
NOM-002-STPS-2010 requires fire brigades according to the workplace's fire risk level, and the Internal Civil Protection Program requires evacuation, first aid and search and rescue brigades. As a reference, a functional brigade covers every shift and every area of the building; we define the exact number during the assessment.
Why live fire
A brigade member who only watched a video does not know how heavy a charged extinguisher is or how long it lasts. At the training ground they put out real fire, practice evacuation with simulated smoke and apply first aid on CPR manikins. That is what the authority and, above all, a real emergency demand.
Define how your brigade is made up
Tell us about your workplace and we will suggest how many brigade members to train, in which areas and in how many practice groups.
- 10%of the staff on each shift, as a reference, and at least one brigade member per floor or area.
- 12brigade members per instructor at most, so everyone practices.
- DC-3Certificate for each participant and course registration with Jalisco Civil Protection.
SICSSOM reference for guidance. In the assessment we define the exact number based on risks, shifts and the layout of the building.

Can you train at my facility?
Yes. We bring the equipment and materials: charged extinguishers, fire pan, manikins and first-aid supplies. For live-fire practice we first assess a safe area on your premises (surface, ventilation and distance from combustible materials); if there is none, we schedule that part at a training ground. Theory and the evacuation and first-aid practice take place at your workplace, using your own signage and routes.
What does each brigade member receive?
A DC-3 certificate with STPS registration and recognition as a brigade member, plus the course materials. The company receives the signed attendance list, the theory and practical evaluation, photo evidence and the roster of brigade members by type, which is exactly what goes into the Internal Civil Protection Program and what the authority asks for during a visit.
How often is the training renewed?
Every year is recommended, in step with the update of the Internal Civil Protection Program, with at least one drill per brigade type a year so the brigade stays sharp. If there is staff turnover, we train new members in make-up sessions without waiting for the annual cycle.
Where is the training field?
In El Salto, Jalisco. That is where live-fire practice, the smoke house, hydrants and hands-on extinguisher use take place. Theory and the evacuation and first aid drills can be held at your facility.
