How does an inspection work?

The STPS gives notice of the visit and requests the file: safety and health program, committee minutes, DC-3 certificates, studies and records for the applicable standards. Each missing obligation is recorded as a separate violation. With a prior assessment and a complete file, you arrive at the visit knowing what will be requested, with your evidence in order.

What we review in the assessment

Building safety conditions, fire prevention, machinery, electrical systems, high-risk work, workplace environmental agents, ergonomics, psychosocial factors, training and organization. The result is a closure plan with priorities and costs.

I have already been notified of the inspection. Is there enough time?

Message us on WhatsApp today. In an express review of your file we identify what the authority will check first: safety and health program, committee minutes, DC-3 certificates and the studies for the standards that apply to your industry. From there we define what can be closed before the date, what can be shown as in progress and how to present it during the visit. With advance notice, we stand with you on the day of the inspection.

Do you offer a monthly service?

Yes. An assigned consultant follows up throughout the year on the annual program, the safety and hygiene committee walkthroughs and minutes, the training calendar and the validity of studies and technical opinions, and prepares each inspection. It is the option for companies without a full-time safety and hygiene manager or that want external backup.

Do you serve several sites?

Yes. We work with companies that have several branches or plants in different cities, using a common master file (policies, procedures and programs) and local adaptations per site: its own committee, site-specific risks and the corresponding state authority. Management sees one dashboard and each branch meets its own obligations.

Can you guarantee I will not be fined?

No. The outcome is decided by the authority based on what it finds during the visit. What we do is leave your file complete and in order, starting with what is reviewed first, and support you during the inspection.

Do you issue electrical, gas or structural reports?

No. Those reports are issued by an accredited verification unit. If your workplace needs them, we point it out in the assessment and include them in the closing plan.
